If you created the watermarked PDF, the easiest solution is to go back to the source document and export without the watermark.

Some PDF editors (Adobe Acrobat, PDF Expert) can detect and remove simple text watermarks. This requires the document to not be permission-locked.
For image watermarks
Image watermarks are embedded in the page content and are generally much harder to remove without access to the original.
